Tales of a Novice Cyclist

Wow, it’s been about 6 weeks since my last post. BUT prior to about a week ago, I didn’t get a chance to ride - due to the weather and my trip to Valle de Bravo. So I didn’t really have much to blog about. Over the Christmas break, I’ve been riding my usual route - Agoura Rd-Las Virgines-Mulholland-Troutdale-Kanan-back home. It’s been very convenient to leave straight from my place to ride instead of driving to a place to start riding. I guess I like where I live… for now… It’s also nice to not go to work too so that I can ride in the mornings. HA! If only every day was like that…

Here are some pictures from Valle de Bravo. One was taken at the famous El Pinon, and the other was taken at Zitacuaro. The trip to Valle made me want a new wing. So I just sold mine on eBay. MAN! Those wings depreciate FAST! But since I haven’t flown since I got back from Mexico, I want to spend the money on getting a new bike instead! Just great…. new wing or new bike? New wing or new bike? Every time I see someone on a carbon bike, I want a new bike. But then again, every time I have a great flight on my paraglider, I want a new wing. How do I solve this dilemma? Sigh… If only I had a bunch of money. HA! A whole lot of it, so that I can get both! If only….
